Gosainkund is one of the Hindu holy places and is considered to be created by Lord Shiva. The Buddhist Tamangs (tribes) that live nearby also revere it as their holy place. Every August, on a full-moon night, the lake is thronged with pilgrims for a big festival. On other days, the lake sits in a tranquil atmosphere welcoming nature lovers.
We trek through larch and rhododendron forests that are rich with wild flowers and birds.We get enough time to explore the head of the valley getting close to the glacier system or climbing a nearby peak for amazing mountain views. From there, we ascend up and pass the holy lake Gosaikunda to enter Helambu via the Laurebina pass (4610m). In between we can enjoy with the stunning views of Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and the Annapurna massif.
- Day 01. Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters). transfer to hotel.
Day 02. Drive Kathmandu (1350m) to Syabru Besi (1462m) by Jeep / Mini bus, via Trisuli Bazaar - Syabrubensi. Overnight at Guesthouse.
Day 03. Trek to Lama Hotel (2581m).
Day 04. Trek to Langtang Village (3307m).
Day 05. Trek to Kyanjing Gompa (3800m).
Day 06. Tserko Ri (5033m) climbing or hiking around hidden valley.
Day 07. Trek back to Lama Hotel.
Day 08. Trek to Thulo Syapru (2380).
Day 09. Trek to Pati Bhanjyang (3500).
Day 10. Trek to Gosainkunda(4320).
Day 11. Crossing Lauribinayak Pass (4609m) and trek to Ghopte.
Day 12. Trek to Tharepati(2500).
Day 13. Trek to Kutumsang (1855).
Day 14. Trek to Chisapani (2120).
Day 15. Trek to Sundarijal and Drive to Kathmandu.
Day 16. Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
Cost Include
