Himalayan Excursion Club Treks and Tour P. (Ltd.) is the trustworthy government registered company according to tourism act of Nepal and we accept your booking under the following terms and condition.

1. Down payment
   While making your trip with us we need a photocopy of your passport with 20% down payment your total amount in advance. The rest of money can be paid up on your first arrival of office and Bank service charge have to pay themselves at the time of deposit.

3. Last minutes booking
   We accept your last minute booking with the 100% payment but are not acceptable for Tibet, Bhutan and India trip.
   
   
4. Risk and Liabilities
   We are committed to providing excellent services which will give you once on your life time journey. We pull all our efforts honestly and seriously to make your journey smooth and pleasant all the service will be provided as per our agreement between our times of booking. However all the destination (Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India) where we run our trip, is strictly under their own political situation, and political authority and programmers due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restriction, land slice, road blockage, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, political unsent, avalanches, breakdown of vehicle any extra cost of including their shall be born by clients. So it is most advisable to have their insurance against medical and accidental risk.
   
   
5. Cancellation policy
   If our clients fail to make their trip and want to cancel due to unavoidable circumstance following charges will be charged to cancel.
   - Less than 50 days in advance: 10%
   - Less than 40 days in advance: 20%
   - Less Than 30 days in advance: 35%
   - Less than 20 days in advance: 50%
   - Less than 10 days in advance 80%
   Note: no refund will be made after your trip starting days.
   
   
6. Travel insurance
   Travelers and trekkers must protected by insurance against medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, lost of gears and natural calamity, thief of damage to baggage and personal effects etc. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf.
   
   
7. Flight delay and cancel
   Flight in remote areas are prone to cancellations and delays for notorious weather in remote areas and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest Annapurna, Jomsong, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region. Especially during odd season, you are highly advised to reserve extra time and budget to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. Incase of cancellation of flight re-route /post trek or tour, you need to manage yourself for your accommodation and food costs.
   
   
8. Impact on your journey
   We put our every effort and capacity to ensure comfortable for your travel, but it is must to understand to the western affluent countries. The mountain countries cannot afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that directly affects your journey. Hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must to venture into journey
   
   
9. Amendment of tour cost
   We reserve the right to revise pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance charges in exchange rate, government action etc. however, we put forth effort to keep on the present rate.
   
   
10. Price changing
    We reserve the right to reserve pricing rate if posted in our marketing material and website, under any circumstances or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control for instance changes in ex change rate, government action etc. most of the time domestic flight fare is changing due too fuel price hike up. We always try our best to make a present price in our trek and tour.
    
    
11. Paper and document
    We are not responsible for your passport and other documents when you are in trekking with us.
    
    
12. Clients Responsible
    A trek and tour guide who representative to Himalayan Excursion Club Treks and Tour deserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such case.
